Franchisee’s Basic Duties
- Observation of OREA HOTELS Quality Standards
- Membership in all chain marketing programmes (preferential programme pricing amounts to a maximum of 20% off of rack rates)
- Regular updating of the reservation system
- Identification with the OREA HOTELS brand; OH logo on 5% of publicity material, OH front-door sign, OH reception stand, etc.
- Monthly reporting of operating costs
- Participation of staff in mandatory training sessions
- Payment of franchising fees
