Franchisee’s Basic Duties

  • Observation of OREA HOTELS & RESORTS Quality Standards
  • Membership in all chain marketing programmes (preferential programme pricing amounts to a maximum of 20% off of rack rates)
  • Regular updating of the reservation system
  • Identification with the OREA HOTELS & RESORTS brand; OH logo on 5% of publicity material, OH front-door sign, OH reception stand, etc.
  • Monthly reporting of operating costs
  • Participation of staff in mandatory training sessions
  • Payment of franchising fees
