SAUNA
The sauna supports rejuvenation and overall relaxation of the body and serves as effective training for the cardiovascular system.
MASSAGE
We offer partial or full-body massages focused mainly on rejuvenation of the osteomuscular system. Massages improve metabolism and oxygen supply to the tissue by accelerating circulation and also relax muscle tension.
WHIRLPOOL
The whirlpool is a pleasant water procedure which can be used as preparation for a sauna session or before a classic massage. It has beneficial effects for those suffering from locomotive system problems and a generally stimulating effect. It leads to improvement of circulation and overall relaxation of the body.
ROMAN STEAM SPA
In the Roman steam spa, the high humidity of the air at a low temperature of approximately 38 - 46 °C allows for complete rejuvenation of your skin and hair. The main effect of the Roman steam spa is, however, rejuvenation of the respiratory system through inhalation of the steam.
FLOATING
This is without a doubt one of the greatest discoveries pertaining to relaxation of the body. It is based on the principle of weightless floating and simulation of the perfect environment of the Dead Sea. This unusual method of relaxation very rapidly relaxes the body and mind. It only takes about an hour in the floating tank, which is filled with a warm, dense and salty liquid that holds up the body and thus to a certain extent imitates the state of weightlessness. A bath in the floating tank helps with treatment of skin diseases - especially psoriasis and eczema. It ensures perfect mental and physical relaxation, thus helping to combat tiredness and stress, brings about overall rejuvenation and improves locomotive system disorders.
MUD WRAPS
Local warming and stimulation of circulation using a mud wrap results in relaxation and rejuvenation for those suffering from tired muscles, overexertion and strained muscles. Wraps are also suitable as an effective means of fighting cellulite and obesity and help to counter locomotive system pain for arthrosis sufferers and chronic rheumatic and post-injury conditions.
PARAFFIN WRAPS
Paraffin wraps are performed using immersion and are applied to the hands and feet. Hot paraffin wraps are used to subdue pain, treat tendinitis, alleviate muscle swelling and decrease inflammation in the joints and ligaments.
COSMETICS 
Seaweed and Canadian glacial clay (main effects) - Pacific Organic Seaweed is a major enhancer of youth and is suitable for those struggling with signs of ageing. It provides the skin with oxygen, supports the elimination of toxic substances and promotes cell regeneration. It promotes balanced skin moisture, re-mineralises, acts as an anti-wrinkle agent, provides natural freshness and vitality, cleans, heals and soothes.
