OREA HOTELS s.r.o. run the Czech biggest hotel chain OREA HOTELS. Nowadays it associates more than 20 hotels all over the Czech Republic in the most attractive destinations. The hotels operate under the brand names of OREA HOTELS EXCLUSIVE and OREA HOTELS CLASSIC.

OREA HOTELS s.r.o. was founded in December 1992. The aim of the OREA HOTELS is to expand the accommodation capacities on the market of the hotels in middle and high categories. We are seeking middle-sized and large hotels which we could rent form their owners with the aim of operating them. To hoteliers and investors we offer cooperation in the form of franchising or contract management. It is our effort to establish a long-term cooperation with reliable and stable partners. To those interested in this form of co-operation we offer a perfect knowledge of the hotel market and introducing high standards of services and guest care as it is the case in the hotel operated by us, thanks to our Quality Standards System.

OREA HOTELS s.r.o. is a member of CIMEX Concern. In cooperation with real-estate and consultancy firms of the concern our company offers exhaustive services to hotel owners and hotel property investors. Companies belonging to the concern offer a wide variety of services including economic consultancy, facility management, reconstruction plans and their implementation and finding a suitable tenant or prospective buyer of the property. For investors we are ready to find a suitable property and assist in its purchase.

The hotels are members of the National Federation of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic. Owing to its unique background and possibilities OREA HOTELS is able to offer a sustained product for all market segments in the Czech Republic. Im Jahre 2000, 2001 und 2002 hat OREA spol. s r.o. eine Platzierung in „Czech Top 100“ aus mehr als 8000 Gesellschaften gewonnen. Die einzelnen Hotels nehmen regelmäßig einen vorderen Platz in den gesamtstaatlichen Leistungsstatistiken ein. Durch gemeinsames Marketing und effektives Vertriebssystem verfügt die Kette über eine Kapazität von mehr als 6 000 Betten und erreicht Ergebnisse, die mit den europäischen Ketten vergleichbar sind.
