Hotel Integration Practice

  1. Pre-Entrance Audit of your property (one-day visit to your hotel)
    What results is a recommendation for necessary improvements to be made in the hotel, enhancement of the hotel services, the staff’s duties and production and organization procedures.
  2. Draft of the Franchising Contract
  3. Signing of the Franchising Contract, entrance fee payment
  4. OREA HOTELS Standards implementation phase (approx. 3-day assistance directly in the hotel)
  5. Entrance Audit, OREA HOTELS Quality Standards adherence check-up  

If the conditions are met by at least 80%, you will receive OREA HOTELS Quality Certificate and become a fully-fledged member of the chain by:

  • introducing your hotel into the chain’s web, reservation system, leaflets, fairs, supplier’s programmes, marketing programmes ..etc.
  • paying monthly fees up until the time your OREA HOTELS Quality Certificate has been issued
