Terms and Conditions for the sale and purchase of OREA HOTELS & RESORTS gift vouchers and value vouchers via the online shop located at www.orea.cz.
From 4 January 2026 to 29 January 2026 inclusive, the hotel will be closed for planned repairs. We are still preparing the wellness centre for you, and it will reopen on 6 February 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

How to redeem a gift voucher?
- Select location and dates for your stay in the booking calendar.
- In the last step of your booking, enter the unique code from your voucher in the Voucher/Gift Voucher field.
- The voucher price will be deducted on arrival at reception.
