We spent a few days in Marianske Lazne in the beautiful Cristal Hotel 🛁💆‍♀️

Every day my grandmother had several treatments - gas envelopes, baths, wraps, massages and physiotherapy. Gradually she felt better and better. 💙

My grandmother left feeling rested, calm and with the feeling that her problems could be improved. 💪

And for me it was lovely to spend time with her and see that she was feeling good. 💙

Outside of the treatments, we took a few trips. There was also a snack for the trip. 🍏

We enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner every night and once we had a cake from the hotel cafe. 🍰
