The gym has 11 fitness machines, dumbbells, cardio machines, synchro, bike and wave. With Arke equipment you can improve your coordination, stability, balance, flexibility and agility.

Swimming pool

For added comfort and a peaceful atmosphere during the summer holidays, the pool will only be open to adult guests over 12 years of age between 20:00 and 22:00.

During the school year, the pool is closed on weekdays from 14:30 to 17:30 due to swimming lessons as per the schedule below. Thank you for your understanding.

Massages

Choose from a wide range of massages such as Swedish massage, relaxing foot massage, Hawaiian lomi lomi massage, Hawaiian lava stone massage, chocolate massage and facial and décolletage massage.

Fitness

The fitness centre is equipped with the latest Technogym machines, which allow effective and comfortable training for all levels of athletes. If you prefer outdoor exercise, you can use one of the jogging trails in the area. They offer different levels of difficulty and are ideal for recovery or to complement a cardio workout in the fresh air.
