Massage is a set of movements that help the body to get rid of fatigue or prepare it for stress.
Partial or total massage classical
Massages improve blood circulation to the massaged area, promote emptying of superficial veins and lymphatic vessels, relax stiff muscles and muscle tension, improve absorption of swelling and sprains, improve tissue nutrition and relieve pain. They also improve circulation, bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues, which helps break down waste products, speeds healing after injury and promotes recovery.
Reflexology foot massage
Reflexology massage involves mechanical action on the hyperalgesic zones that accompany diseases of the internal organs. A set of special techniques and palpations are used on the sole of the foot. This special technique can be used to influence the function of the internal organs and to induce balance in the autonomic nervous system. These massages act on headaches, states of exhaustion and irritability, insomnia, depression, functional disorders of the digestive system, irritable bladder, menopausal syndrome, tired legs syndrome
Aromatic massage
This massage uses natural essential oils for rheumatic pain, muscle relaxation and general relaxation. The essential oils are mixed with the carrier oil before the massage. During the massage, the aroma will initially attract your attention, but you will soon feel many other effects as well. Essential oils penetrate the skin better than vegetable oils and enter the bloodstream in 20-30 minutes. Their effect on the body lasts much longer.
Lymphatic drainage
A highly specialized method in which a set of special palpation and other manual techniques are used to speed up venous return in the treated limb. During the procedure, the capillary bed is squeezed, followed by an improvement in blood flow through the arteries and, most importantly, improved lymphatic drainage is achieved. Improved circulation and improved lymphatic drainage in the limb leads to a reduction in swelling and the retreat of chronic lymphoedema, as well as improved blood circulation and nutrition.
Sedative head massage
High concentration of energy is concentrated in the head and psychological emotional problems are reflected on the face. Long-term contraction of the facial muscles acts on the premature formation of wrinkles. Head massage has a beneficial effect on headaches and migraine attacks. In the mental and emotional sphere, it induces tension release and general calming.
