At Marjanka

Prague

The history of the Břevnov building Na Marjánce began in 1808, when it served as a travel inn. It was named after the innkeeper Maria, who was known for her kind-heartedness. Over the years, several establishments have changed here: a hotel, a tavern, a buffet, a butcher's shop and later a dance hall. During the Second World War the building was used as a coal store, after 1949 it came into public ownership, only to be returned to the original owners in 1991. After a complete reconstruction it is again used for its original purposes and today it houses the Na Marjánce restaurant. Choose from the daily or weekend menu and enjoy the great gastronomy and the charming space.
