Private hotel parking with limited capacity is available directly in front of the hotel for CZK 400/car/day or in the hotel parking lot behind the hotel for CZK 300/car/day. It is unguarded and secured with barriers. Municipal parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the hotel. Due to the limited capacity of our hotel parking lot, parking spaces cannot be reserved.

FCSP

Take advantage of the FKSP (Cultural and Social Needs Fund) contribution for your stay at OREA. How to do it?

When booking, enter the promo code "FKSP", select "Stay with breakfast - FKSP" or "Stay with half board - FKSP" and add the billing information in the notes to create an advance invoice.

The FKSP booking can be made up to 14 days before the planned arrival and must also be paid up to 14 days before the planned arrival.

In the event that the amount paid from the FKSP is less than 50% of the total booking price, the booker must pay the difference up to 50% of the total booking amount at least 14 days prior to arrival.

On selected, high exposure dates you may be required to pay the total amount of the booking. The hotel will always communicate this information and the request for payment.

Please note that in accordance with the VAT Act, we only issue a proforma invoice. The tax document will be issued by the hotel upon receipt of payment.
