What you often ask for

Do you accept the Benefit Plus card at your hotel?

Yes, we do accept the Benefit Plus card. When making your reservation, please select the option "payment at hotel", and you can then pay for your stay with this card directly at our hotel reception.

How can I extend the validity of my voucher?
Do all hotel rooms have a balcony?

Balconies are not mentioned in the room amenities information provided. Please contact the hotel reception for details about balcony availability in different room types.

Do you accept SODEXO, EDENRED, or Benefit Plus benefit cards at the hotel?

Yes, we are happy to accept benefit cards. When making your reservation, please select the room rate that includes breakfast or half board with payment at the hotel, and inform our reception desk of your card upon arrival. Our colleagues will be delighted to assist you with the complete registration.

Can I pay for my stay with a gift voucher?

Yes, we are happy to accept gift vouchers as payment for your stay. You can combine vouchers with our special offers and discounts, and if the voucher has a higher value than the price of your stay, you can use the remaining balance for other hotel services or for a future reservation.

If I book a stay at a lower price than the value of my voucher, can I use the remaining amount later?

Of course! The remaining balance from your voucher will stay on your account and you can use it for another reservation or services at our hotels.

When will I receive my voucher after purchasing it on the website?

The delivery time of your voucher depends on the payment method you choose. If you pay by card, you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. For bank transfer payments, the voucher will be delivered within 60 minutes. If you choose to pay by advance invoice, the voucher will be sent once we receive the payment in our bank account.

How can I book a cot or extra bed for children?

For children up to 6 years old, we offer the option of a separate cot, an extra bed, or sleeping with parents in the bed. For children older than 6 years, an extra bed is standard. Please let us know your preference when making your reservation on our website www.orea.cz.

Unfortunately, we do not offer car washing services at OREA hotels. However, our reception team will be happy to recommend the nearest car wash or auto service in the surrounding area.

Does a cot fit in the room? Do you have a triple room for 3 adults?

Three adults can be accommodated in a triple Classic room, while up to four people can stay in a Family room. Three adults cannot be accommodated in Deluxe or Executive rooms.

Will the room have a refrigerator and minibar?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an empty minibar refrigerator. If you wish, you can order it to be stocked with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks of your choice when making your reservation.

Can I arrive at the hotel in the morning or late at night to check in?

You are welcome to arrive at the hotel at any time. Our reception is open 24/7. Your room will be ready by 3:00 PM at the latest. Early check-in is not guaranteed and always requires prior arrangement directly with the hotel reception. You can include your arrival time in the notes of your booking.

Can I bring my dog?

You can bring your pets. The extra charge for one pet is CZK 400 per night. Please write your request for accommodation with a pet in the reservation notes or you can choose your request when making your reservation on our website in the first booking step.

Can I pay with paper vouchers at your establishment?

We would like to inform you that as of October 1, 2025, we will no longer accept paper benefit vouchers. We recommend using their electronic form, which we will continue to accept.

Is it possible to extend the validity of a voucher (gift voucher)?

Yes, the validity of a voucher can be extended upon request. The standard validity of vouchers is 1 year, and we normally allow extensions of up to 6 months. If you are interested, please contact us at info@orea.cz.

Is it possible to pay for the stay through FKSP or to get an invoice issued for my employer?

Yes, we'd be happy to help you with that. For payment through FKSP, we will issue a pro-forma invoice before your arrival – just provide us with your company's billing details, the amount to be paid, and any text that should appear on the invoice. Please include all this information in the notes when making your reservation.

What are the parking options, how much do they cost, and is a reservation necessary?

The hotel offers hotel parking for CZK 280 per night or city parking for CZK 40 per hour. Reservations are not available.

Is it possible to come with a dog, what is the fee and where can the dog go?

Dogs are welcome for 400 CZK/night, they are not allowed in the apartments or at breakfast, a special room is reserved for dogs during breakfast.

What half board or buffet dinner options do you offer, when do they take place and what is the price?

The hotel does not offer half board or buffet dinners. The restaurant is open for breakfast only.

Where can I find the animation programme and when does it take place?

Animation programmes take place at Congress Hotel and the schedules are available on their website or at our reception.

Do you offer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan or other special diets?

Gluten-free pastries can be arranged for breakfast, but the request must be reported in advance at the reception.

How to redeem a value or gift voucher?

When making a reservation or physically at the reception upon arrival. Reservation must be made directly through our site, not a 3rd party.

What employee benefits do you receive and how can they be applied?

Pluxee and Benefit Plus, only for direct bookings.

Do you have a loyalty program or discounts for seniors?

We don't have.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Yes, the hotel has luggage storage.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

No, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

How do I get to the hotel and what is the transport availability?

The hotel is located in Brno with good access by car and public transport. The main train station is also nearby. You can reach the hotel by tram number 1 from the main railway station.

Is bus parking possible?

Yes, behind the OREA Hotel Voro. The price is 650 CZK per night and the capacity is limited.

Is wellness included in the accommodation price and is it limited in time or capacity?

The hotel does not have a wellness center.

How much is the fee for an additional person in the room?

170 CZK per person per night + 40 CZK city tax.

Can a non-guest come to breakfast and how much does it cost?

Yes. The price of breakfast for a non-accommodating guest is 360 CZK per person.

Is it possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot?

Yes, a baby cot can be added to the room free of charge.

Does the hotel have a children's corner or playroom?

Yes, the hotel has a children's corner and playroom for children approximately aged 0–8 years.

What are the accommodation options for families with children and which room should they choose?

We have 2 FAMILY rooms available for families.

Do some rooms have a balcony?

Yes, some rooms have a balcony.

Does the hotel have a fitness or wellness area?

The hotel does not have wellness facilities. Guests can use the fitness centre at OCHB (OREA Congress Hotel Brno) free of charge.

What are the opening hours of the reception and restaurant?

Reception is open 24/7. The restaurant serves breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00.

Is it possible to use the wellness at another sister hotel?

There is no wellness at this hotel; the fitness centre at OCHB is available free of charge.

Does the hotel have conference or event spaces?

Conference facilities are available only at OCHB (OREA Congress Hotel Brno), not at Hotel Voro.

What are the breakfast and dinner times?

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00. The hotel does not offer dinner.

Do you offer children's or sports equipment for hire?

We do not offer children's or sports equipment for hire.

What is the difference between room types?

All rooms are in the CLASSIC category.

Is it possible to heat up food for small children?

Heating up food for small children is currently possible at the reception only.

Where can I find tips for trips and activities in the area?

On each hotel's website you will find a "Experiences" section with current events — the animation programme with Eliška the Fox (where available), interesting places nearby, and tips for trips and activities in the area.

Is it possible to request rooms next to each other, a specific room, or a specific view?

Unfortunately, we can never fully guarantee any of these requests. However, if you let us know — ideally in the notes when making your reservation — we will do our best to fulfil them.

Is it possible to do an online check-in?

Yes. Shortly after making your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to complete the online check-in. You can conveniently fill in all the details before arriving at the hotel.

What should I do if we cannot come and the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled?

It depends on the cancellation conditions of the given reservation. If the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled online, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.

Is it possible to combine different payment methods?

Yes, different payment methods can be combined — for example cash and card, or part of the payment by value voucher and the remainder by cash or card.

Why is a payment card required when making a reservation, even if payment is made at the hotel?

A payment card is required as a guarantee for the reservation and any potential cancellation fees. No funds are charged to the card — it serves only as a guarantee.

Why does the price of a stay change and why might it have been lower before?

All OREA hotels use dynamic pricing, which changes according to hotel occupancy and current events in the region (festivals, concerts, etc.).

Is it possible to order a gift voucher in paper form and have it sent?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. After purchasing a voucher, it will be sent to you electronically by email.

How do I pay for a reservation in advance online or via MyOREA?

A reservation can be paid in advance on the website — when selecting a room, choose the "Prepayment by card" option and the room will be charged when the reservation is created. Alternatively, the reservation can also be paid in the MyOREA interface after completing the online check-in.

Is it possible to combine discounts, promo codes, or other benefits?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined — only one promo code can be applied when creating a reservation. Value vouchers, on the other hand, can be combined freely.

How does the free stay for children under 6 work and why does the price change when a child is added?

Children under 6 stay free of charge, as long as they fit within the capacity of the booked room. The price should not change when a child is added — if it does, it is most commonly because the selected room type cannot accommodate the total number of guests (adults + child), and the system automatically offers the nearest suitable category, which may be more expensive. For example, if the cheapest room type for 2 adults is unavailable for 3 people and the next available category starts at a higher price, the higher amount will be displayed. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.

Can I have lunch or dinner in your restaurant?

The restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast. You can buy small snacks and drinks at our reception. During your stay, we recommend visiting the Fairside restaurant and bar in the neighbouring OREA Congress Hotel Brno, where you can enjoy Czech and international cuisine.

I stayed a week ago for a different price. Why is the price different?

Prices may vary from day to day and are determined by the current occupancy of the hotel, events taking place in the vicinity of the hotel and the expected interest on a given date.

Do you clean the rooms every day?

Yes, room cleaning is a daily standard, taking place in the afternoon after the rooms are prepared for arriving guests. If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please contact reception. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all, please place a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob of your room.
