You can arrive at the hotel at any time. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your room should be ready no later than at 3 pm. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, earlier check-in is not a matter of course. Your arrival time can be written in the reservation note.

Outside hotel, unguarded parking is available for 250 CZK per day/car behind the hotel or behind the OREA Congress Hotel Brno. Parking is also available in city parking spaces in front of the hotel - more info at www.parkovanivbrne.cz. Due to the limited capacity of our hotel parking lot, parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Breakfast is from 6.30 am to 10 am in our breakfast restaurant, in the form of a rich cold and hot buffet.

The restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast. You can buy small snacks and drinks at our reception. During your stay, we recommend visiting the Fairside restaurant and bar in the neighbouring OREA Congress Hotel Brno, where you can enjoy Czech and international cuisine.

You can bring your pets. The extra charge for one pet is CZK 400 per night. Please write your request for accommodation with a pet in the reservation notes or you can choose your request when making your reservation on our website in the first booking step.

Yes, cots for children under 3 years old and high chairs in the restaurant are provided free of charge.

All rooms can accommodate a cot for children up to 3 years old, we provide it free of charge. Please write your wish in the note with the reservation. The Classic Triple Room can accommodate 3 adults.

Our hotel has 4 floors and the views are towards the Brno Exhibition Centre or the Svratka River.

We have a lockable luggage and bicycle storage room, without boxes. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons. The receptionist will give you access to the room.

An unfilled small fridge is included in all rooms and please inform reception for a supply of minibar assortment. A price list with the M-bar offer is available in each room. The rooms do not have air conditioning, there is a standing fan in each room.

Some rooms have a small balcony, all are non-smoking. We cannot guarantee rooms with balconies in advance, but we try to accommodate when availability allows. Please make your request in the notes section of your reservation.

The Benefit Plus card can of course be used with us, it is not necessary to report the type of payment in advance.

Prices may vary from day to day and are determined by the current occupancy of the hotel, events taking place around the hotel and the expected interest on the date.

We sell basic public transport tickets at the reception. Bus stop 44 Velodrom is right in front of the hotel. Tram No. 1 will take you from the VÝSTAVIŠTĚ HLAVNÍ VSTUP stop to the main train station, less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The main entrance to the exhibition center is about 250 m, entrance G about 50 m. The entrance to the Vida center is approx. 100 m.
