OUR SAUNA:
In our wellness centre you will find 4 portable MORZH sauna tents that offer an experience comparable to a traditional Finnish sauna. The saunas are heated to 80-100 °C with the possibility to regulate the temperature by adding wood to the stove or by briefly opening the door.
- Safety: when opening the stove door, wear gloves stored in the side pocket of the sauna. If necessary, ask the operator to add wood.
- Atmosphere: For greater comfort, we recommend pouring water with fragrant essence over the sauna stones to moisten the air and scent the room.
CLAIMS:
After the sauna you can cool off directly in the Milov Pond. In the winter months, however, the water temperature drops to 0 °C, so this method is recommended only for experienced sauna operators and hardy people. Do not overestimate your strength. Alternatives are mobile showers with water at around 10 °C or cooling down in the fresh air.
Be careful when moving around the showers - the surface is sprinkled with anti-icing salt.
