All Executive rooms—double, triple, and suites—offer a view of the pond. The rooms feature balconies where you can fully enjoy the view. The triple rooms on the ground floor have a terrace, and from the terrace you can walk directly to the pond.

You can arrive with your pets. The surcharge for one pet is 600 CZK per night. Please write your request for accommodation with a pet in the reservation note, or you can select this option during the first step of the reservation process on our website.

Yes, we are happy to accept gift vouchers as payment for your stay. You can combine vouchers with our special offers and discounts, and if the voucher has a higher value than the price of your stay, you can use the remaining balance for other hotel services or for a future reservation.

Of course! The remaining balance from your voucher will stay on your account and you can use it for another reservation or services at our hotels.

The delivery time of your voucher depends on the payment method you choose. If you pay by card, you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. For bank transfer payments, the voucher will be delivered within 60 minutes. If you choose to pay by advance invoice, the voucher will be sent once we receive the payment in our bank account.

For children up to 6 years old, we offer the option of a separate cot, an extra bed, or sleeping with parents in the bed. For children older than 6 years, an extra bed is standard. Please let us know your preference when making your reservation on our website www.orea.cz.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an empty minibar refrigerator. If you wish, you can order it to be stocked with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks of your choice when making your reservation.

Bathrobes for adults and for children aged 3 to 10 are provided in every room.

You are welcome to arrive at the hotel at any time. Our reception is open 24/7. Your room will be ready by 3:00 PM at the latest. Early check-in is not guaranteed and always requires prior arrangement directly with the hotel reception. You can include your arrival time in the notes of your booking.

Access to the wellness center with saunas and indoor pool is included in the price of your stay. Massages can be booked directly at the wellness reception or via the MyOREA app.

The pool is available to hotel guests free of charge throughout their stay and is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for all hotel guests without age restrictions. From 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., it is available only to adult guests. The hotel's freshwater pool has a temperature of 26–28°C, measures 13x6 m, and has a depth of 135 cm. Toys and sun loungers are available by the pool. The pool is monitored by cameras and has a capacity of 15 adults at a time.

We would like to inform you that as of October 1, 2025, we will no longer accept paper benefit vouchers. We recommend using their electronic form, which we will continue to accept.

Yes, the validity of a voucher can be extended upon request. The standard validity of vouchers is 1 year, and we normally allow extensions of up to 6 months. If you are interested, please contact us at info@orea.cz.

Yes, we'd be happy to help you with that. For payment through FKSP, we will issue a pro-forma invoice before your arrival – just provide us with your company's billing details, the amount to be paid, and any text that should appear on the invoice. Please include all this information in the notes when making your reservation.

Our hotel offers an open parking lot located directly at the hotel with no reservation required. Parking costs 100 CZK per night, and is complimentary when you book directly through our website. Buses are charged at 300 CZK per night. The parking lot is accessible 24 hours a day.

Yes, dogs are welcome for CZK 600 per night. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar, but the terrace is allowed.

Half board is served as a buffet dinner daily from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The price is CZK 600 for adults, CZK 300 for children aged 5.99–11.99 and free for children under 5.99 years old.

A cot or extra bed can be added to any room. For larger families we offer family rooms — two double rooms connected by connecting doors.

Yes, all rooms have a balcony. Triple rooms located on the garden level have a terrace with direct outdoor access instead of a balcony.

You can reach the hotel by car or by bus. The nearest train connections are Nové Město na Moravě or Žďár nad Sázavou stations. A taxi can be arranged on request.

Bus parking is possible subject to hotel occupancy, always requiring prior arrangement.

Yes, wellness is always included in the stay. The pool is open 8:00–21:00, the sauna 10:00–21:00. The only restriction for children: the last hour of operation is always reserved for adults.

The price should not change when a child is added — if it does, it is most commonly because the selected room type cannot accommodate the total number of guests (adults + child), and the system automatically offers the nearest suitable category, which may be more expensive. For example, if the cheapest room type for 2 adults is unavailable for 3 people and the next available category starts at a higher price, the higher amount will be displayed. Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons.

Our Classic and Deluxe double rooms can accommodate either a baby cot or an extra bed. Unfortunately, both cannot fit in the room for your comfort. We recommend family rooms, triple rooms or suite rooms.

Milov Pond is after reclamation, suitable for swimming. Paddleboats and boats can be rented at the neighbouring campsite. The pond, the campsite and its services are not part of our resort. After the reclamation it is no longer possible to fish in the pond.

Yes, we have women's and men's mountain bikes, a children's mountain bike and we also offer scooter hire for adults and children. Unfortunately we do not have children's bike seats available.

Yes, room cleaning is a daily standard, taking place in the afternoon after the rooms are prepared for arriving guests. If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please contact reception. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all, please place a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob of your room.
