Dinner can be arranged during your stay at reception or in the restaurant.

Animation programmes are scheduled for summer holidays and selected weekends throughout the year. Current dates of weekends with animators can be found here.

The Benefit Plus card can of course be used with us, it is not necessary to report the type of payment in advance.

The view of the pond is only from some Classic rooms, we cannot guarantee it in advance, but we will do our best and if we can, we will assign you a room with a view. Please write this request in the note next to your reservation.

Yes, baby cots for children up to 2 years old and high chairs in the restaurant are free of charge.

We have a lockable storage room for bikes and skis, without boxes. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Please use your room card to access the storage room.

Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons.

Our Classic and Deluxe double rooms can accommodate either a baby cot or an extra bed. Unfortunately, both cannot fit in the room for your comfort. We recommend family rooms, triple rooms or suite rooms.

Access to the wellness area with saunas and indoor pool is included in the price. Massages will be available during June, information will be updated.

You can bring your pets, the supplement for one pet is 600 CZK/night. Please write your request for accommodation with a pet in the booking notes or you can select your request when making your booking on our website in the first booking step.

Parking information is always written in the detailed description of each offer and should be included in your booking confirmation. For individual guests who make a reservation through our hotel OREA site, the hotel's reservations department or directly through the hotel's front desk, it is included in the price of your stay. This does not apply to groups. We have plenty of parking spaces available, the car park is secured by a barrier and is not guarded. For guests who do not book through the OREA website and our hotel departments, parking is charged at a daily rate of 100 CZK per parking space, for non-staying guests the rate is 30 CZK per hour. We do not reserve parking spaces in advance.

The bus stop is 50 metres from the main entrance of the hotel.

The swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests during their stay and is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm. The hotel's freshwater pool has a temperature of 26-28°C, size 13x6 m, depth 135 cm. Toys and sun loungers are available by the pool. The pool is monitored by cameras, capacity is 15 adults at a time.

You can arrive at any time. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your room should be ready no later than 15:00. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, earlier check-in is not a matter of course. Your arrival time can be written in the reservation note.

Milov Pond is after reclamation, suitable for swimming. Paddleboats and boats can be rented at the neighbouring campsite. The pond, the campsite and its services are not part of our resort. After the reclamation it is no longer possible to fish in the pond.

An unfilled minibar fridge is included in all rooms and guests are advised to contact reception for delivery of the minibar range. A price list with the M-bar offer is available in each room.

Yes, we have women's and men's mountain bikes, a children's mountain bike and we also offer scooter hire for adults and children. Unfortunately we do not have children's bike seats available.

Bathrobes for adults and children from 3 to 10 years are provided in each room.
