The delivery time of your voucher depends on the payment method you choose. If you pay by card, you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. For bank transfer payments, the voucher will be delivered within 60 minutes. If you choose to pay by advance invoice, the voucher will be sent once we receive the payment in our bank account.

For payment through FKSP, we will issue a pro-forma invoice before your arrival – just provide us with your company's billing details, the amount to be paid, and any text that should appear on the invoice. We offer underground parking directly under the hotel for 850 CZK/night or in the opposite building for 490 CZK/night. It cannot be booked in advance.
