Yes, we are happy to accept gift vouchers as payment for your stay. You can combine vouchers with our special offers and discounts, and if the voucher has a higher value than the price of your stay, you can use the remaining balance for other hotel services or for a future reservation.

Of course! The remaining balance from your voucher will stay on your account and you can use it for another reservation or services at our hotels.

The delivery time of your voucher depends on the payment method you choose. If you pay by card, you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. For bank transfer payments, the voucher will be delivered within 60 minutes. If you choose to pay by advance invoice, the voucher will be sent once we receive the payment in our bank account.

For children up to 6 years old, we offer the option of a separate cot, an extra bed, or sleeping with parents in the bed. For children older than 6 years, an extra bed is standard. Please let us know your preference when making your reservation on our website www.orea.cz.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an empty minibar refrigerator. If you wish, you can order it to be stocked with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks of your choice when making your reservation.

In 2026 the hotel offers buffet dinners on Fridays and Saturdays and daily during the summer holidays. The price is CZK 600 for adults, CZK 300 for children aged 6–12 and free for children under 6 years old.

For bigger and smaller children we have a modern and safe children's corner with seating for parents near the restaurant. At the reception you can rent free board games or use the OREA Discovery program. Children can also entertain themselves with table football. In good weather, you can use our tennis court and outdoor ping-pong table. Sports equipment is available at the spa reception. Various activities for children are also close to the hotel or in the nearby Brno city centre.

Bathrobes and disposable slippers for adults are included in each room, children's bathrobes and slippers for children from 3 to 12 years are included when ordering an extra bed for a child. If an extra bed is not ordered, a bathrobe and slippers for the child can be requested free of charge at the hotel reception.

You can book a massage online on our website, by phone at (+420) 546 124 840, (+420) 702 152 841 or by e-mail: spa.santon@orea.cz, or when you arrive at the hotel, stop by the reception in the spa centre. Use of the fitness centre, whirlpool and saunas in our spa centre is included in the price of your stay and is unlimited. The hot tub is now available to all guests without restrictions and therefore no reservations are possible.

We would like to inform you that as of October 1, 2025, we will no longer accept paper benefit vouchers. We recommend using their electronic form, which we will continue to accept.

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.

Yes, the validity of a voucher can be extended upon request. The standard validity of vouchers is 1 year, and we normally allow extensions of up to 6 months. If you are interested, please contact us at info@orea.cz.

Yes, we'd be happy to help you with that. For payment through FKSP, we will issue a pro-forma invoice before your arrival – just provide us with your company's billing details, the amount to be paid, and any text that should appear on the invoice. Please include all this information in the notes when making your reservation.

Parking in front of and behind the hotel is free without reservation.

A maximum of two dogs can stay in one room and have free access to the lobby and terrace. For hygiene and safety reasons for all our guests, dogs are not permitted in the wellness center, restaurant, and children's corner.

FKSP and proforma invoices are handled by the reservation department.

The animation programme is published on the hotel website in the animation section.

Any dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon prior request. Ideally, the request should be mentioned in the reservation or no later than on the day of arrival.

Prices may vary from day to day and are determined by the current occupancy of the hotel, events taking place in the vicinity of the hotel and the expected interest on a given date.

Yes, every room at our hotel has a balcony, and all balconies are non-smoking.

Yes, room cleaning is a daily standard, taking place in the afternoon after the rooms are prepared for arriving guests. If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please contact reception. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all, please place a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob of your room.

Our Deluxe Double Rooms can accommodate either a cot or extra bed for a child up to 12 years old. Unfortunately, both cannot be accommodated in the room. For guests with more children, we recommend booking Family or Suite rooms. For 3 adults, a Family Room, Grand Suite or 2 Deluxe Rooms can be booked.

Yes, cots for children under 3 years old and high chairs in the restaurant are provided free of charge. Only a cot or extra bed can fit in a double room. Both cannot be in one room due to space.

We have a lockable bike storage room without boxes. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Please use your room card to access the storage room. Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons. You can leave your luggage in our storage room at the reception.

We have 2 mountain bikes for adults for rent. Unfortunately we do not have children's bikes, bike seats or scooters available at the resort.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your pets. There is a surcharge of 600 CZK per night for one pet. Please note that rooms with pets do not have a view of the reservoir. You can request a pet-friendly room by adding a note to your reservation or by selecting this option during the second step of booking on our website.

Parking at our outdoor, unsupervised hotel parking lot is already included in your accommodation rate. You can comfortably reach the city center by tram, with the stop just a 10-minute walk away, approximately 400 m from the hotel. The tram will conveniently take you to the zoo or to the city center.

The freshwater pool with a temperature of 26-28°C is located in the spa centre, which is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. Children up to 12 years old can use it daily from 07:00 to 19:00. Each hotel guest receives a one-time two-hour access to the spa centre for each night stay, which includes use of the pool, sauna world and gym. The size of the pool is 12x4 m, depth 160 cm. Toys and sun loungers are available by the pool. The pool is monitored by cameras, capacity is 15 adults at a time.

You can arrive at the hotel at any time. The reception is open 24/7. Your room will be ready no later than 3 pm. If you want to check in earlier, we will prepare your room for an extra charge. However, earlier check-in is not a matter of course, you will always need to make arrangements directly with the hotel reception. Your arrival time can be written in the reservation note.

The outdoor pool on the hotel terrace is only for summer refreshment, not for swimming, its size is 3x5 meters and depth 40 cm. Sun loungers and showers are available next to it. The capacity of the area with the pool and sun loungers is about 20 people.

Pedal boats, electric boats or tickets for the steamboat and public transport are available directly from the providers of these services near the hotel, the hotel does not provide these services. During most of the summer season, the water in the dam is suitable for swimming. If you are a holder of a fishing license and have a permit to fish in the area of the Brno dam, you can also fish. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide fishing permits.

Not every room has a view of the dam, therefore we cannot guarantee these rooms. We will always try to accommodate your preferences if availability permits. Please write this request in the note next to your reservation.
