The Drátenická Rock is one of the most famous rock formations in the Žďár Hills and a popular destination for hikers and climbers. It rises to a height of 775 m above sea level and its striking rune walls reach a height of up to 20 metres. The rock is accessible by the red hiking trail from the OREA Resort Devět Skal, and the trail is approximately 5 km long in one direction and leads through Malinska and Lisovská Rock. The trail is moderately demanding, passes through forests and meadows and offers beautiful views of the landscape of the Žďár Hills. The top of the rock is not accessible on foot, but from the foot of the rock it is possible to observe climbing activities or just relax in the quiet surroundings of the protected landscape area. The trip can be combined with a visit to other nearby rock formations, such as the Four Sticks or Pasecká skála.
