OREA HOTELS s.r.o. operates the largest Czech hotel chain OREA HOTELS & RESORTS. Currently, guests can choose from a range of hotels throughout the Czech Republic in the most attractive locations. There are 19 hotels under the OREA brand.
OREA HOTELS s.r.o. was founded in December 1992. The aim of the company is to expand the accommodation capacities on the market of medium and higher category hotels not only in the Czech Republic. We are looking for medium and larger sized hotels that we can lease or buy from their owners for the purpose of operation.
We also offer hoteliers and investors cooperation in the form of franchise or management contracts. For those interested in these forms of cooperation, we offer a perfect overview of the hotel market and the establishment of a high standard of service and guest care, as in the hotels we operate, thanks to our system of quality standards.
OREA HOTELS s.r.o. is a member of CIMEX GROUP. In cooperation with real estate and consulting companies of the group, our company offers hotel owners and investors in hotel properties a comprehensive service. The companies of the group offer services ranging from economic consulting, through facility management, preparation and arrangement of reconstruction, to finding a suitable tenant or buyer of the property (hotel). For investors, we are ready to find a suitable property and arrange its purchase. Hotels are members of the Hotel and Restaurant Association. Since 2000, OREA HOTELS s.r.o. has been regularly ranked in the "Czech Top 100" out of more than 8000 companies. Individual hotels are regularly ranked at the top of national performance statistics. Through joint marketing and an efficient sales system, the chain has a capacity of more than 3,600 beds and achieves results comparable to European hotel chains.
