You can arrive at the hotel at any time. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your room should be ready no later than 3 pm. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, earlier check-in is not a matter of course. Your arrival time can be written in the reservation note.

The fitness centre is available every day from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm during your stay and is free of charge. Please use your room card to enter. Unfortunately, we do not have a spa or sauna.

Outside, hotel parking with limited capacity is available directly in front of the hotel for 380,- CZK/night or in the hotel parking lot behind the hotel for 280,- CZK/night. It is unguarded, secured by barriers. Parking is also available in the city parking lots - more info at www.parkovanivbrne.cz. Due to the limited capacity of our hotel parking lot, parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Breakfast is from 6.00 to 10 am in our breakfast restaurant, in the form of a rich cold and hot buffet. Our restaurant Fairside with its specialities of world and Czech cuisine is open from 11:00 to 22:00, bar 10:00-24:00.

Pets are welcome, the surcharge for one pet is 600 CZK/night. Please write your request for accommodation with a pet in the reservation notes or you can choose your request when you make your reservation on our website in the first booking step.

The view of Špilberk and the centre is only available from some Executive and Deluxe rooms, we cannot guarantee it in advance. If the hotel availability allows, we try to accommodate. Please write this request in the note next to your reservation.

All rooms can accommodate a baby cot for children up to 3 years of age, free of charge. You must write your request in the booking notes due to the limited number of cots.

Deluxe and Executive rooms cannot accommodate 3 adults. They can be accommodated in the Classic triple room. Please contact our reservations department to book this room type.

Yes, baby cots for children up to 3 years and high chairs in the restaurant are free of charge.

We have lockable luggage and bike storage, without boxes. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons. The receptionist will give you access to the room.

An unfilled small fridge is included in the Deluxe and Executive rooms, please inform the reception for the delivery of the minibar assortment. A price list with the M-Bar offer is available in each room. All Deluxe and Executive rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Some rooms have a balcony, all are non-smoking. We cannot guarantee rooms with balconies in advance, but we do our best to accommodate when availability allows. Please make your request in the notes section of your reservation.

The Benefit Plus card can of course be used with us, it is not necessary to report the type of payment in advance.

Prices may vary from day to day and are determined by the current occupancy of the hotel, events taking place in the vicinity of the hotel and the expected interest on a given date.

Basic tickets for public transport are sold at the reception. Bus stop No. 44 Velodrom is in front of the hotel VORO. Tram No. 1 will take you from the VÝSTAVIŠTĚ HLAVNÍ VSTUP stop to the main train station, less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The main entrance to the exhibition center is about 150 m, entrance G about 100 m. The entrance to the Vida center is directly opposite the hotel.
