The view of the Velký Javor is only from the executive rooms. If you have booked a Deluxe room in the back of the hotel complex, it is possible to change the room type to Executive for an additional fee, if the hotel capacity allows.

Yes, we are happy to accept benefit cards. When making your reservation, please select the room rate that includes breakfast or half board with payment at the hotel, and inform our reception desk of your card upon arrival. Our colleagues will be delighted to assist you with the complete registration.

OREA Hotels and Resorts do not offer pet care services during the day.

Yes, we are happy to welcome your four-legged companion. Staying with a dog is charged at 800 CZK per animal per night. Your dog has access to the lobby and bar, however, it is not permitted in the restaurant, wellness center, and children's corner.

Buffet dinners take place daily in the FLOW restaurant from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Prices are CZK 600 per adult, CZK 300 per child aged 5.99–11.99 years, and CZK 150 per child aged 0–5.99 years. The FLAVORS Bar & Restaurant also offers an à la carte menu from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

The surcharge for an additional adult is 340 CZK/night, not including half board.

Yes, both a baby cot and an extra bed can be added to the rooms. The hotel also offers triple rooms.

Yes, the hotel has a playroom with climbing frames.

We recommend triple rooms, the Family Room, or Exclusive rooms.

The most comfortable option is by car. By train you can travel to Špičák station, from which the hotel is approximately 3–4 km away — we recommend taking a taxi. Bus services run to the Špičák / Železná Ruda area.

Yes. Wellness is open every day from 9:00 to 21:00 (children under 12 have access until 19:00). Available facilities include a pool, indoor whirlpool, sauna, and a children's paddling pool in the Kids Zone. A new wellness bar offers refreshments. Children's sauna rituals take place every Saturday and Sunday. The Adults Zone — a new sauna world for adults (18+) with a herbal sauna, steam sauna, and spacious ceremonial sauna — is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00. The hotel gym is open every day from 7:00 to 21:00.

Flavors Bar & Restaurant: 10:00–23:00; daily menu 12:00–16:00; à la carte 18:00–21:30.

Yes. The large meeting room Javor has a capacity of up to 150 persons and can be divided into 3 separate salons of various sizes. There are also 5 smaller salons, each with a capacity of 20 persons.

Executive Triple Room — renovated modern room with a balcony overlooking the llamas. Amenities: satellite TV, telephone, mini fridge, safe, tea and coffee set.

Family Room — fully renovated, designed for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Amenities: mini fridge, safe, tea and coffee set, complimentary bathrobe for the duration of the stay.

Exclusive Room — located on the top floor with views of Velký Javor. Features a private infrared sauna and spacious bathroom with two washbasins. Amenities: mini fridge, safe, tea and coffee service, complimentary bathrobe for the duration of the stay. The room can be connected to the adjacent Family Deluxe Apartment to create a space for up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Yes! The resort is home to llamas Zorka and Horka. A walk with them is an experience for children and adults alike. The llamas are friendly, curious, and happy to pose for photos. Walks take place every Wednesday from 15:00 and every Saturday from 13:00. Meet at the OREA Resort Horizont reception.

Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible and has 2 accessible rooms.

During the main winter and summer seasons, our entertainment and animation programs usually take place every day except Mondays, from 9:30 to 12:00 and then from 15:00 to 18:00. Outside the main season, they are offered only on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and afternoon, and on Sunday only in the morning. You can find the latest schedule at the hotel reception.

We have a lockable storage room for bikes and skis available. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Use your room card to enter the storage room.

Bikes are not allowed in the rooms for hygiene and operational reasons.
