If you are paying in cash or by card, there is no need to report the type of payment in advance. If the payment is other than standard (e.g., meal vouchers, gift certificates, etc.), please indicate this in the comments section of your reservation.

The view of the Velký Javor is only from the executive rooms. If you have booked a Deluxe room in the back of the hotel complex, it is possible to change the room type to Executive for an additional fee, if the hotel capacity allows.

An unstocked minibar fridge is included in all higher-category rooms. To have it stocked, please contact the reception. The minibar price list and selection are available in every room.

Prices may vary from day to day and are determined by the current occupancy of the hotel, events taking place in the vicinity of the hotel and the expected interest on a given date.

Yes, room cleaning is a daily standard, taking place in the afternoon after the rooms are prepared for arriving guests. If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please contact reception. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all, please place a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob of your room.

During the main winter and summer season, animation programs usually take place every day except Monday from 9:30 to 12:00 and then from 15:00 to 18:00.

Outside the main season – on Friday afternoon, on Saturday morning and afternoon, and on Sunday – only in the morning. The current program can be found at the hotel reception.

We have a lockable storage room for bikes and skis available. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Use your room card to enter the storage room.

Bikes are not allowed in the rooms for hygiene and operational reasons.

Information about parking is always included in the detailed description of each offer and should be part of your reservation confirmation. For individual guests who make a reservation through our OREA hotel website, the hotel's reservation department, or directly at the hotel reception, parking is included in the price of the stay. This does not apply to groups. We have plenty of parking spaces available, so we do not reserve them in advance.
