Yes, we do accept the Benefit Plus card. When making your reservation, please select the option "payment at hotel", and you can then pay for your stay with this card directly at our hotel reception.
The view of the Velký Javor is only from the executive rooms. If you have booked a Deluxe room in the back of the hotel complex, it is possible to change the room type to Executive for an additional fee, if the hotel capacity allows.

The delivery time of your voucher depends on the payment method you choose. If you pay by card, you will receive the voucher within a few minutes. For bank transfer payments, the voucher will be delivered within 60 minutes. If you choose to pay by advance invoice, the voucher will be sent once we receive the payment in our bank account.

Yes, the validity of a voucher can be extended upon request. The standard validity of vouchers is 1 year, and we normally allow extensions of up to 6 months. If you are interested, please contact us at info@orea.cz.
Yes, we are happy to welcome your four-legged companion. Staying with a dog is charged at 800 CZK per animal per night. Your dog has access to the lobby and bar, however, it is not permitted in the restaurant, wellness center, and children's corner.
Yes, we'd be happy to help you with that. For payment through FKSP, we will issue a pro-forma invoice before your arrival – just provide us with your company's billing details, the amount to be paid, and any text that should appear on the invoice. Please include all this information in the notes when making your reservation.

Buffet dinners take place daily in the FLOW restaurant from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Prices are CZK 600 per adult, CZK 300 per child aged 5.99–11.99 years, and CZK 150 per child aged 0–5.99 years. The FLAVORS Bar & Restaurant also offers an à la carte menu from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
The animation programme runs 7 days a week in the lounge on floor -2 and the current schedule is available on the hotel website.

Yes, room cleaning is a daily standard, taking place in the afternoon after the rooms are prepared for arriving guests. If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please contact reception. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all, please place a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside doorknob of your room.
During the main winter and summer season, animation programs usually take place every day except Monday from 9:30 to 12:00 and then from 15:00 to 18:00.
Outside the main season – on Friday afternoon, on Saturday morning and afternoon, and on Sunday – only in the morning. The current program can be found at the hotel reception.
We have a lockable storage room for bikes and skis available. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Use your room card to enter the storage room.
Bikes are not allowed in the rooms for hygiene and operational reasons.

This does not apply to groups. We have plenty of parking spaces available, so we do not reserve them in advance.
