Every Thursday and Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

Come join us for a fun way to warm up your muscles, take a deep breath of pleasantly warm air, and become little sauna adventurers for a while. Children can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere, a gentle sauna experience tailored to their age, and moments full of relaxation and fun. At the end, every young participant will receive a certificate of participation as a memento of their sauna experience.

Reservations for children’s sauna rituals must be made in advance at the wellness reception desk.
