Every session is unique, blending aromatherapy, music, and carefully designed techniques to distribute heat evenly throughout the sauna. Sauna rituals support regeneration, strengthen the immune system, and contribute to overall well-being. We recommend arriving early and allowing time for rest and proper hydration between sessions to fully enjoy the experience.
