Please be aware of fraudulent social media profiles
We have seen repeated attempts to misuse the reputation of OREA Hotels & Resorts through fake social media profiles that tell people they have "won" a competition Win 365 days at OREA hotels. The attempt is to lure personal or payment information through suspicious links.
We would like to remind you that we only contact winners from official OREA channels and never ask you to enter payment details outside of our website. The competition will be announced under December 15, 2025.
How to spot a fake OREA profile
If you are unsure about the authenticity of a message, we recommend comparing it with the most common signs of fraudulent messages. They often contain suspicious links, errors in the profile name or unusual requests for personal information.
- Official channels: Winner and contest info is communicated only from email soutez365@orea.cz and through the website www.orea.cz/365.
- Spelling and tone.
- Links: check the address of the landing page. Consider only orea.cz/365 as official. Ignore everything else.
- We will never ask you for payment details or other sensitive information via private messages or unverified forms.
- Have you come across a suspicious profile or message? Don't click, report the account and let us know at soutez365@orea.cz

How to deal with data leakage and fraud
Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. We've prepared recommendations on how to minimize the consequences.
- Change passwords: immediately change the password for any accounts that could be compromised, especially email, banking or social media. Use a strong and unique password.
- Contact your bank: If you have provided payment information, notify your bank immediately so they can block cards or prevent account misuse.
- Report Fraud: Inform the police immediately after discovering fraud. If you received a message from a profile that pretended to be from our company, let us know at soutez365@orea.cz.
- For future reference: Try to identify the features of the fraudulent email that you missed the first time. This will prevent similar complications in the future.
