Veveri Castle

A frequent destination of excursionists is also the Veveří Castle, which rises on a rock near the Brno Dam. A bridge for pedestrians and cyclists was built over the dam near the castle. Veveří Castle is one of the largest and oldest castle complexes not only in Moravia, but also in the whole Czech Republic. You can also reach the castle by boat.
