The Bear Trail - Tracing the King of the Giant Mountains (Špindlerův Mlýn) Follow in the footsteps of the Giant Mountain Bear - a fascinating beast that once ruled the local forests. The nature trail starts at the top station of the cable car at Medvedin and takes you deep into the countryside to learn more about the life of bears and their importance to the mountain ecosystem. The trail is 8.6 km long and suitable for the whole family - it offers not only education, but also fun and spectacular views. Anenské údolí
The Anenské Valley is a natural monument situated not far from the centre of Harrachov in the Krkonoše Mountains. It is just a short walk from the OREA Resort Sklář Harrachov. This protected area, covering approximately 1.1 hectares, is best known for its abundant population of white-flowered crocus (Crocus albiflorus). In early spring, several hundred to just under a thousand crocuses bloom here, scattered across a large part of the regularly maintained meadow.
