MyOREA is a web app where you can find all the information for your stay and manage many things online. Check-in, check-out, booking services and paying your hotel bill. You can also keep track of current offers, tips for excursions and the hotel's programme.
On the login page, you will enter the email you used to book your stay and we will send you a link in your email to log in to MyOREA. The link is valid for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can log in by entering the last name of the main guest and the booking number.
No problem. Just enter your email again and we will send you a new verification link. Validity is always 10 minutes after sending.
You do not need to register for online check-in. We'll send you an invitation to fill it in by email or SMS and it will direct you straight to MyOREA. To keep track of all your past and future bookings in one place, simply create an account.
Yes, your account works across the entire OREA Hotels & Resorts chain.
Online check-in
Online check-in is available within 10 minutes of booking if you have provided an email contact. You will receive a form by email.
Valid reservation and personal details: name, date of birth, place of residence, type and number of ID and signature. You fill everything in directly in MyOREA, there is no need to print anything.
The hotel will receive your details in advance, so check-in at the reception will be faster. If digital keys are available at the hotel, you will be notified directly in MyOREA or by email.
Yes. On the day of departure, the "Leave Room" button will appear in MyOREA. You can use it if you have paid your hotel bill. You can pay your bill at the reception or online via MyOREA. When you click on the "Leave Room" button, the hotel will be instructed that the room is vacant and can be cleaned. Please leave your plastic room card at the reception when you leave.
Yes, you can enter the details for all guests at the same time in one booking.
Information about the stay
After logging in, go to the "My Booking" section. You will see an overview of your stay, arrival and departure dates, room type and everything that is included in your stay.
All components of your stay are listed directly in the booking details. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.
Yes. You can find the "What can we help you with?" section right in the app, where you can send a message directly to your hotel reception via the "Write a question" button.

MyOREA may contain information directly addressed to guests with an active reservation. We therefore recommend that you visit it regularly. We may have something extra for you.
It depends on the hotel. If the service is not available at MyOREA, please contact the hotel reception. The receptionists will be happy to inform you about all the hotel's services.

Yes. MyOREA is a web application fully optimized for mobile browsers. To use it, you only need access to the internet. Just open myorea.orea.cz in your phone's browser.
Yes. MyOREA is available in Czech, English and German. You can change the language in the "Profile" section of the "Settings" option.
