Devil's Lake is one of the most impressive places in Šumava. Its dark surface and surrounding forests create a mysterious atmosphere that has inspired many a legend. From the OREA Resort Horizont, the lake can be reached comfortably by following the yellow trail, via the Špičácké saddle, in about an hour and a half on foot. The route is approximately 4 km long and leads through shady forest paths with beautiful views.
